Kaip ir kada susipažinai su fotografija?

Fotografija rimčiau susidomėjau, kai man buvo kažkur penkiolika. Prisiregistravau deviantArte, pamačiau ten tiekdaug jaunų talentingų žmonių ir ėmiau bandyti fotografuoti pati.

Kaip apibūdintum savo fotografijų stilių?

0Portretai. Mistiški, svajingi, žvilgsnis į kitokią realybę.

Kokią vietą tavo gyvenime užima mada?

Anksčiau neužimė galima sakyti jokios, bet jau kelis metus vis daugiau domiuosi, greičiausiai dėl mados fotografijos. Tai viena geriausių sričių, mano nuomone, nes fotografiją sujungus su įspūdingais drabužiais, makiažu, nerealiomis scenomis, gali išnaudoti visą fantaziją.

Kas tave įkvėpia kurti?

Bendrai, tai tiesiog gyvenimas. Mintys kyla visur. Daug įtakos daro muzika, filmai, knygos.

Koks žmogus turėtų būti, kad tiktų tavo fotosesijoms? Kur ieškai modelių?

Mano modeliai dabar dar dažniausiai yra draugai, arba draugų draugai, tačiau dairausi visur, gatvėse, Facebooke. Nežinau, kas būtent mane patraukia prie žmogaus, dažniausiai įdomūs bruožai, kuriuos kaip tik įsivaizduoju tam tikroje fotosesijoje. Tik turiu visišką silpnybę raudonplaukiams ir strazdanom. :}

Išvardink keletą žmonių su kuriais ateity norėtum dirbti.

Kažkada toli ateityje su modeliais kaip Abbey Lee Kershaw, Jessica Stam, Anna Christine Speckhart, Kaya Scodelario, Georgie Hobday, Charlotte Free ir daug daug kitų, dabar visų neprisimenu.

Vakar buvo puiki diena, nors truputį spaudė šaltukas ir dangus buvo apsiniaukęs, buvom nusiteikusios padaryt tikrai gerų ir daug kadrų. Mat, Kristina nėra tik šiaip draugė paprašiusi, kad ją pafotografuočiau, man labai pasisekė, nes pajaučiau ką reiškia dirbti su tikru modeliu! Bet nutiko taip kaip nutiko, fotosesijos baigtis buvo tragiška... Kristina neišlaikiusi pusiausvyros nukrito nuo betoninio blokelio (3 nuotrauka nuo galo) ir neapsakomai stipriai susižeidė nugarą. Fotosesija buvo nutraukta daug ašarų, išgasčio ir kraujo pagalba... Reikia džiaugtis, kad viskas daugmaž laimingai baigėsi. Na ir tikiuosi, kad mūsų bendras darbas nenuėjo šuniui ant uodegos:)

Šiandien turėjau fotosesija su labai gražiu modeliu - Auguste. Truputį sušlapom, pašalom, bet atradom ganėtinai įdomią ir šiurpią vietą. Berods tai buvo kažkokia sovietų laikų gamykla, viso pastato langai išdužę, dokumentų bei knygų lapai mėtėsi po visas patalpas... Be galo didelė erdvė, esu tikra, jog ten dar grįšiu :)

Bandau suskaičiuoti kiek valandų sėdžiu prie kompiuterio koreguodama nuotraukas, bet pasimetu tarp skaičių. 4,5,6 valandos ir varvančios akys. Bet aš nesiskundžiu, nes tikrai smagu tvarkyti nuotraukas, kai jaučiu, kad jos tikrai nusisekę.

Norėjau kažko naujo, mistiško, todėl su Meida išsiruošėm į senąsias žydų kapines, tiesa sakant, mes net nežinojom, kad tokios yra, bet truputį paklaidžioje supratom, kad atradom super gerą vietą! Neišgąsdino mūsų netgi tai, jog vis reikėjo slėptis nuo pravažiuojančių mašinų... Tai tiek, palieku vertinti jums:)

P.S šia fotosesija nenorėjom nieko įžeisti ar paniekinti religijos.

Pagaliau išsipildė mano noras padaryti rudeninę fotosesiją. Nors ši tokia tarp vasaros ir rudens, vistiek jaučiuosi laiminga ją įvykdžius. Visos fotosesijos kaina sudilgintos kojos ir uodų sukandžiota nugara, bet manau, kad vertėjo, ypač kai turi tokį gražų modelį kaip Aistę :>

Siaubingai nuobodus savaitgalis. Oras ne iš mieliausių, tačiau pagaliau atsipūčiau nuo žmonių fotografavimo ir nuotraukų koregavimo, nesakau, kad man tai nepatinka (patinka, labai!), bet truputį pervargau. Taigi, šeštadienį į mūsų namus atkeliavo žavi katytė kurią pavadinau Luna (taip, Hario Poterio įtaka). Iš nuobodulio, jau trečią kartą ėmiau skaityti "Prozaco kartą". Taip pat vakar peržiūrėjau du filmus. Šiandien - "Coffee and cigarettes", "Eternal sunshine of spotless mind" (kurio taip ir nesugebėjau užbaigti žiūrėti) ir žinoma, daug nesveiko ir spuogus auginančio maisto. Sekmadienio rytą lijo lietus.

I start to doubt about translating posts into english language. Does anyone reads this stuff in english?

Love in my pants

Mano meilė fotografijai prasidėjo 2007 rudenį, kai gavus fotografuojantį telefoną jaučiausi neapsakomai gerai, nes gi galėjau įamžinti viską! Na, bet daugiausiai fotografavau, ahem, save, tai buvo mano ir fotografijos meilė iš pirmo žvilgsnio. Kaip vakar atsimenu, kai 2009 vasario 28 dieną padariau pirmąją fotosesiją savo draugėm! Menu, kad sedėjau prie fotošopo gal 3 valandas, o rezultatas džiugino nežmoniškai... Na ir nuo to laiko aš taip užsivedžiau fotografuoti, jog lygi šiol sergu šia malonia liga. Mama nekėlė didelio entuziazmo, kad aš tokia susižavėjusi šiuo malonumu, tačiau praeitais mokslo metais, kai mokykloje pakabinau šiokią tokią pirmą parodą ji ėmė manimi didžiuotis, o aš pradėjau prašyti geresnės technikos (nes visą laiką fotografuodavau su muiline, išskyrus drauges turinčias veidrodinukus). O mama pažadą ištesėjo, praeitą ketvirtadienį užsakyta prekė šiandien kuo saugiausiai pasiekė namus ir nudžiugino mano širdį. Eh, canon 1100d, aš tave myliu!

My love for photography began in the autumn of 2007, when with a phone camera, I felt incredibly good because I was able to capture everything! Well, mostly I was taking pictures of myself, but I know it was mine and photography's love at first sight. I remember as if it was yesterday, on 28th of February, 2009 I took first photo-shoot for my friends. I remember siting with photoshop for 3 hours but the result was incredibly good and exciting. So from that time I have this disease - love for photography. Mom did not raise much enthusiasm that I was so fascinated with this pleasure, but in the previous school year when I made my first tiny, tiny exhibition at school, she began to be proud of me and I began to ask her to buy me a proper camera. And my mother kept this promise, last Thursday we ordered this camera and today it reached my house and made my heart beat faster. Eh, canon 1100d, I love you!

Lets shoot for the stars

Jau vakar grįžus iš pajūrio niekaip neprisiruošiau parašyti į blogą (esu sau prisižadėjusi parašyti bent vieną įrašiuką į savaitę), apsunkusiomis kojomis kritau tiesiu taikiniu į lovą. Pajūris buvo smagybė! Ak, kad žinotumėt, kaip man patiko sedėti krante ir baksnoti kojų pirštukais į smėlį, netyčiom gurkšnoti sūrų jūros vandenį ir šiaip smagiai vaikštinėti visur su "plastmasiuku" rankose. Bet tie visi smagumynai neilgai truko, nes padarius 28 kadrus, mano plastmasiukas užsikirto (ech, taip ir žinojau, jog nevalia jo maudyti smėlyje). Su užsikirtusiu fotoaparatu buvau labai liūdna ir netgi kelis kartus apsiašarojau, nes taip ir neturėjau progos užfiksuoti saulėlydį, o tiesa sakant skaitmena man jau nebe lygis. Haha. Visgi šiandien gavau patarimą kaip iškrapštyti juostelę iš mylimo plastmasiuko, aš labaiiii tikiuosi, jog neapšviestų kadrų bent 17. Ryt keliausiu juostikės ryškinti, tai bus matyt, žinoma, rezultatus ir jums parodysiu. Tai tiek tų mano įspūdžių.

P.S šiandien jaučiuos kažkokia įkvėpta.

Nėra jokios paslapties, kad esu filmų maniakė. Dievinu vakarus, kai įsijungus įtraukiantį filmą, pabėgi nuo nuobodžios realybės. Ištikrųjų labiausiai mėgstu fantastinius filmus, tokius kaip Žiedų Valdovas, Haris Poteris ir pan. Man tiesiog be galo patinka įsivaizduoti, kad ir mūsų pasaulyje egzistuoja burtai, magija, fėjos ir elfai! 1) Tell us a little bit about yourself and where you live. I live in a small town situated in southern Poland. Fashion is really important for me, but first of all it's fun. I've got a younger brother. I also love music, painting and active recreation.

2) Why did you start blogging and what's you're favourite thing about it? I was looking through other blogs and some day I decided to sign my own site. I remember that I was afraid because I didn't know my opportunities yet. Now Blogging is my lifestyle and favourite hobby.

3) Describe your personal style and its influences/inspiration. How can I describe my style? I like girly, striped and romantic clothes, floral patterns, bright colours, especially pastels.My favourite parts of clothes are dresses, skirts and shirts with cute collars. I admire her style!

My inspirations are Scandinavian blogs and streets. I love good-looking people. I think that the best dressed woman is Alexa Chung.

4) What is your favorite era of style? 40's of course.

5) What can't you live without? I can't live without my mobile phone, sun and fruits. ;)

Change of seasons

Gavus prašymą paskirti įrašą skirtą vasaros įkvėpimui, labai nudžiugiau, nes jau gana ilgai nebežinojau kuo papildyti blogą, minčių sausros "dėka". Tad jeigu turit kokių įdėjų apie ką dar galėčiau sukurpti įrašą - nesikuklinkit ir meskit jas į elektroninio pašto dežutę ar formpsring.me puslapį!

Nors oras jau kurį laiką nesitaiso, vargiai į lauką gali išeiti be skėčio ar lietpalčio. Dažnai save pagauname svajojant apie karštas saulėtas dienas ir trumpas gelėtas sukneles. Kad ir kaip stipriai pliauptų lietus, manau, kad jau pats laikas planuoti savo vasaros drabužinę.

Viena svarbiausių ir įdomiausių šio sezono tendencijų yra color blocking (spalvų blokavimas), tai stiliaus technika, kuri, mano manymu, yra kaip priešprieša minimalistinėms spalvoms. Ne kiekvienas gali pritaikyti color blocking'ą savo garderobui, jis reikalauja nedidelio nusimanymo apie spalvas, tačiau didelio drąsos užtaiso. Šį sezoną nepavyks nekreipti dėmesio į ryškias monochromines spalvas: raudoną, rožinę, ryškiai oranžinę, fluorescentinę žalią, kuriomis margintų drabužių parduotuvėse apstu. Kad neištiktų nesekmė ryškias spalvas galima pabandyti maišyti su pastelinėmis. Taip pat svarbu nepamiršti, jeigu nori pritaikyti šią tendenciją, nebūtiną nuo galvos iki kojų apsirengti ryškiais drabužiais, pradžiai galima pabandyti suderinti aksesuarų ir avalynės spalvą, vėliau kai drąsos ir noro atsiras daugiau, leiskit savo vaizduotei pašėlti!

Jeigu vis dėl to prisibijote ryškiausios pavasario tendencijos, įkvėpimo galima semtis iš mados leidinių viršelių, kuriuose merginos pasipuošusios drabužiais su gausiomios kutų detalėmis, mini nerinių suknelėmis ar gėlių raštų eilutėmis. Pasirinkimas kaip atrodyti šį pavasarį, žinoma, yra be galo didelis, tačiau šios kelios tendencijos yra arčiausiai mano pačios pasirinkimo ir stiliaus suvokimo:)

Verta prisiminti, jog dailiai atrodytum neužtenka turėti didžiulę spinta vardinių drabužių. Juk labiausiai mūsų derinius puošia netvarkingai supinta kasa ir nuoširdi šypsena!

2) Why did you start blogging and what's you're favorite thing about it? Because I love fashion and I wanted to share my style with other people. It's really a passion, nothing more, so it's the only thing I expect is that people like what I do, so I'm always glad when I have good feedbacks.

3) Describe your personal style and its influences/inspiration. I don't know! I would say I finally have one, and it took me years to figure out what I love and what suits me. I like the British style, I think it's the craziest. There are no rules, I like it. My inspirations would be rock'n'roll, definitely, minimalism, and fashion bloggers. I also visit Topshop and Zara's online store quite often, the clothes always inspire me.

So, without huge introductions I invite you to the world of Saga Sig.

Saga Sig, tell us a bit about yourself and your life.

I'm currently living in London but I grew up in Iceland and my hometown
is Reykjavik, where my family lives. I moved to London two years ago to study fashion photography and now I am on my third and last year in
London College of Fashion. I live in London with my boyfriend Elli (acbananas.com) who
is an illustrator and artist. I love my family and friends. I love to read, to go to art galleries, listen to music, watch films, sit at cafés and read my books. I love spend time in libraries to get inspiration or look at magazine and blogs. I am inspired by so many things but my main inspiration is all the amazing people around me.

Where do you find inspiration for your creativity?

I am very inspired by many things, but my main inspiration is the wonderful people that surround me every day.

How did your acquaintance with photography started?

It started way back, I lived in a beautiful national park called
Thingvellir, its one of the most beautiful places in Iceland and my mother was a ranger there. Color and the silence of the park seemed unbelievable. I was
only eight years and wanted to capture the beauty forever so my
parents gave me a 35 mm canon camera and since then I have always been
taking photos. When I was 18 year old I decided that I wanted to be a
photographer, so here I am!

How would you describe your photography style?

In some words: nature, feminine, fashion, colorful, dreamy, fairy-tale
like, fun, films, mystics, landscape...

Are you more in to fashion photography or in artistic photography?

I do like both. You can create your own worlds both with fashion
and artistic photography. Fashion photography is fun because you
work with so many people to create an image, but artistic photography
is good when you want to work alone on something personal.

What is your biggest dream?

It want to be healthy and happy surrounded by my family, live and work
with photography.

What do you want to wish to our readers?

To believe in themselves always, and I wish that their dreams come true.

1. Labai gėdingas faktas, bet visiem pasitaiko, aš nemoku plaukti ir nors daug kas bandė man padėti išmokti, vistiek karštomis vasaros dienomis mieliau praleidžiu ne vandeny, o ant kranto..

2. Dievinu, ne tik vintažinius apdarus, bet taip pat,negaliu atsispirti senų laikų muzikai. The Beatles ir Queen yra maža dalelė to, ką niūnuoju kiekvieną dieną.

3. Kai buvau maža svajojau būti dailininke. Mane visad žavėjo faktas, kad akimirką galima įamžinti ne tik atminty.

4. Šiuo metu, mano viena didžiausių svajonių yra pasidaryti tatuiruotę. Labai viliuosi, kad iki 17 gimtadienio aš ją išpildysiu.

5. Kad ir kokia 'naulaiferė' būčiau, velniškai mėgstu skaityti knygas. Šiuo metu mano mėgstamiausios E. Wurtzel "Prozako karta" bei P. Coelho "Veronika ryžtasi mirti".

6. Mėgstu šypsotis, kartais tai darau su per dideliu entuziazmu.

7. Neturiu nė žalio supratimo, kodėl gavau šį apdovanojimą kuriame yra žodžiai "stylish blog". Kaip paprastai sakau -mano tinklaraštis yra apie įkvepimą, o ne apie madą. Nors ir labai ją myliu, pati nesu stileiva, veikiausiai pamatę mane minioje pamanytumėt 'kodėl ji rašo stiliaus patarimus, jei net nėra stilinga'. And who cares?

Wowow, first post of the year! I didn't tell you guys, but yesterday me and my friend Lily did a little photo-shoot. As we called it was the fail photo-shoot. I tried to make her look like ballerina, we even had a real ballerina shoes. Yes, inspiration came from movie "Black Swan", but I couldn't resist, this movie somehow hypnotized me. 1) Tell us a little bit about yourself and where do you live. I'm originally from Santiago de Chile but a little more than 3 years ago I moved to Madrid to study fashion is my passion que, and has been since forever. I'm Into Photography ook now so I'm learning about it too, I'm just starting with photography so I'm not very good at it yet, but I promise to get better so I can post pictures Taken by me in my Blog. I studied fashion design in Both Santiago and later in Madrid I studied photography and fashion styling. I would like to have my own brand of clothing some day.

2) Why did you start blogging and what's you're favourite thing about it? I started blogging in fotolog actually when it was just about posting pictures with friends. The moment I started I fast got lots of visitors and comments but they were all about my clothes and fashion sense. I never intended for it to be about my clothing, but it inevitably turned into that. Later fotolog started to get boring so I started blogging in blogspot, and now in my own webpage.
The thing I like most about it is how inevitably you interact with lot's of people around the world, and also the part when you log in to update and notice you have recieved lots of lovely comments specially the ones where they tell me what an inspiration I am to them in fashion terms. It really makes my day to think that I've inspired someone even if it is just to get dressed.

3) Describe your personal style and its influences/inspiration. I always have trouble describing my personal style, I don't think I should be the one to do it, but I think its pretty feminine and down to earth, and very personal indeed.
I get inspiration from the 60's a lot, I love that era of fashion. Also I get inspiration from some of my favorite movies: Lolita, The House of the Spirits, Marie Antoinette are just some of the many that each time I watch they keep inspiring me.

4) What can't you live without? Basic black ballet flats. I have a pair from Chanel which I use a lot, and then lots of different versions of a classic black ballet flat from different stores, such as one with straps, with silver toe/point, with jewelry, with a bow etc.

5) Your favorite blogs or other web reads you look at daily? I like JakandJil, Style and the City and The Sartorialist, I like street-style blogs in general specially when they feature kids, mature women or men its so amazing to see people with style, true style at any age.

6) Favorite designers/labels or places to shop? Chanel would be my favorite hands down. I also like Marni, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu and Marc Jacobs. I do shop a lot at Topshop, Zara, and Shopbop.com.

7) Something about yourself most people don't know? I'm into cooking. I love to cook. I think I'm pretty good at it because I receive lots of compliments whenever I do it.

8) What would you wish to lithuanian fashion bloggers? Lots of love! And I wish to know lithuanian bloggers, specially streetstyle blogs. So if there's a lithuanian street-style blog reading this please write to me with your link I'd love to check your blog out!

Today I officialy started to listen Christmas songs. Winter is finally in the yard so why not start to wait for Christmas! I've been really loving season I think it's really gorgeous and wintery, especially when sunlight hits the snow it looks like fairy dusts.

I wanted to make post featuring my 2 new jackets but when I looked in to my closet one of the jackets were missing, I guess it's my moms job, haha. So maybe I will take pics of them, tomorow (?). And now I'm showing some stuff from my all time wishlist. If only Santa could be a millionaire...

Yesterday I finally got back from the hospital. I'm going wear contact lenses from now on. So I’m really excited because it's new experience for me. In the morning I went to second hand shops and I bought a very nice camel jacket, which sleeves are too short for me but I'm going to wrap them up. Also in the second hand shop I saw very very very beautiful striped tunic/dress with golden buttons and pockets. I really wanted to buy it but it was too expensive for a second hand garment, I think I'm going to save some money first... From now on I can use computer only for 2 hours because of my eyes so sorry for my lack of posts.

I am currently deciding whether I should cut my hair like Abbey in this Chanel f/w campaign or not . Little help, please?

I lost my VOGUE virginity

I'm ashamed to say that yesterday I was holding my first VOGUE ever. I am so happy that my dad bought me this Vogue Italia when he was in Italy. And he promised me to get November issue too. Too bad I can't understand a word in italian language but it's very good eye candy and source of inspiration.

I also got some news for you. From monday (nov15) I'm not gonna write posts in this blog because I'm going to eye clinic in Kaunas I'm gonna be there for week or maybe more. There will be no tv, no pc I will just have phone so you can follow me on twitter.

1) Tell us a little bit about yourself and where you live. So, my name is Michèle and I live in a very small village near St. Gallen, Switzerland. With very small I mean less then 500 residents I guess. I'm in an eduction to a graphic designer and would like to be a stylist, designer, photographer or something like that later. I like going out with my friends, making party and doing things everybody in my age likes to do I guess. :)

2) Why did you start blogging and what's you're favourite thing about it? I have lookbook now since august or july and about one or two months ago someone asked me why I don't have a blog, she'd like to read it. I thought about that a short time and then I decided to start a blog. At the beginning I was not sure if would do that long time or if I'll stop blogging after a short time, because I thought I don't find enough things to blog about. But now I really love it and so I'll continue. There is no favorite thing, I just like write about fashion and so on, and I'm happy when people like it!

3) Describe your personal style and its influences/inspiration. I would say my style is very variable, it depends on my mood! Sometimes I like to dress girly with a dress and pumps and sometimes I like to dress more casual with long shirt and boots.. But I think mostly I dress very simple, because you can't dress too eccentric here in Switzerland. The fashion scene here is so poor, you can't believe it! If you dress a bit different then the others they'll talk about you behind your back and they'll judge you. I always try to find a way to dress how I like but not too eccentric. You know what I mean?

4) What is your favorite era of style? I don't have a favorite era of style. I like so many things and honestly I don't really know what was worn in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and so on. haha

5) What can't you live without? I can't live without my family, my friends and without my clothes of course ;) And also I can't live without hope, love and friendship.

6)Your favourite blogs or other web reads you look at daily? Honestly I don't read any blogs.. Sometimes I read a few single blogs, but not daily. I check out lookbook every day, that's it! :)

7) Favourite designers/labels or places to shop? I don't got that thing with designers! I think you don't have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars for one designer piece! It just matters if it looks good or not, brand does really not matter. But to answer your question: I love Jeffrey Campbell and Christian Louboutin as shoe designers and have to own a pair of their shoes when I'm older and earn more money. My favorite store is H&M, because I love the clothes they have and I think the price is ok!

8) What would you wish to new fashion bloggers?
I wish you a lot of followers, haha ;)

Yesterday our class went to see exhibition of Victorian era fashion. I'm so ashamed that I didn't took photocamera with me because there was so much inspiration that I wanted to show you. And we had chance to see 2 beautiful dresses made by couturier Charles F. Worth! I was thrilled and no words can't describe that beauty, you got to see it. It's charming. It's high fashion. It's art! Also I recomand you to see this new movie The young Victoria.

1) Why did you start blogging and whats your favourite thing about it? I was reading other good blogs and I just thought thay it would be cool to have a blog too. I didn't think about anything really, I wouldn't ever know that I would get so many readers.
2) How would you describe your style? It changes so much. Some day I might wear high heels, short dress and big hair and other day floral dress and ballerinas. But mostly my style is pretty girly.
3) What are three pieces you’d hate to live without and why? My blue wooden heels from Zara, my new black bag that goes with everything and my dark blue lace dress.

4) Who and/or what inspires your style? I'm not even sure, I don't follow anyone's style that closely. But other blogs of course and I love what Sienna Miller's wearing.
5) What are a few of your favorite blogs? Niotillfem is my all time favourite.

6)Where do you love to go shopping (special spots, flea markets, or other haunts)? Internet! Especially eBay.
7) Do you have any advice for other bloggers out there? I love good photos, so buy a decent camera.

Today I was very angry. Let me tell you the whole story... On sunday I bought these new black leather biker boots and I really loved them. They're very comfortable. And I really thought they're gonna stay not only for one season. But I wouldn't be myself... 2 days ago I wore them for the first time when me and my friend were going to do this photoshoot.. And my boot detail broke. Just like that.

In this picture my boot detail was healthy. Now it's broken. And I don't know that to do, should I return them to the shop or should I find someone who could fix it? Argh, I just can't believe I wore them only for one day.

1) Why did you start blogging and whats your favourite thing about it? I started blogging because I really loved fashion and wanted to do something in the fashion industry, to be a part of it. Moreover I wanted to do something new for me and my country. It was really exciting to start blogging, knowing you would be the first one who does it. I feel that I've become a lot more addicted to fashion than I was when I started my blog, because now my online diary is a MUST do. My readers really make me really happy, i think they're one of my favorite things about blogging.
2) How would you describe your style? It is hard to be described, it's more just a mix of things I like and enjoy, but if to try to define it, it will be more 'casual chic'
3) What are three pieces you’d hate to live without and why? I don't think I have 3pieces, the only thing I can't live whitout is shoes. Shoes are my total obsession and I really can't imagine myself without heels.

4) Who and/or what inspires your style? I don't really have a source of inspiration. I'm usually inspired by dreams, history, art and music.
5) What are a few of your favorite blogs? My favorites are Chicmuse, Fashion Toast and Stylescrapbook
6) What’s the story behind your blog’s name? There is really no interesting story, I found it really difficult. I think it just describes myself, because according to the horoscope diamonds are my talisman, and I love them very much too. Gold is the most stunning metal, it looks very elegant and chic, so that is how I came to The Golden Diamonds.

7) Where do you love to go shopping (special spots, flea markets, or other haunts)? I've recently moved to the Uk, but before that I had lived in Moldova. I couldn't find anything for me, so it was really difficult. I used to shop online, but a lot of online shops don't ship to Moldova, in this case I went shopping with my family to Milan, Barcelona or Bucharest. Now I still love to shop online, and my favorite websites are: Farfetch, Net-a-Porter, LuisaViaRoma, Zara (online shopping available only in certain countries) and Solestruck.
8) Do you have any advice for other bloggers out there? Don't be afraid, the most difficult is to start and keep it for the first months, then it just goes by itself and everything you have is to enjoy it. Good luck!

Voting of "What kind of posts would you like to read here?" is over and I'm pretty much clear what you guys expecting from me. So most of people voted for "My own photography/life" I can't promise you daily posts from my life because my camera is crappy but I will try my best. "More fashion related" and "Everything as now would be great" got the same number of votes. I assure you I'm gonna post a lot of fashion related articles because I've joined the team of grozioguru.lt and I'm gonna try to empathize with the journalist's role, haha.
